These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of architecta.top and the Architecta application. By using them you agree to these Terms, the EULA, and the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email and phone you provide and for activity under your account. A trial is limited to one per person and per device.
Paid plans are billed annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. If you are not satisfied, contact support@architecta.top within 14 days of a charge and we will consider a refund in good faith. Taxes may apply.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass licensing or trial limits, or use it unlawfully.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. The disclaimers and liability limits in the EULA apply to the service as a whole.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
