Effective 18 July 2026 · Architecta is a product of TobiVision Inc.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you") and TobiVision Inc. ("TobiVision", "we", "us") for the Architecta software application, including all associated components, updates, and documentation (the "Software").
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software:
Paid licenses are sold as annual subscriptions. If you cancel or your subscription lapses, your right to use the Software ends, except that after twelve (12) continuous months of a paid subscription you retain a perpetual, non-exclusive license to the specific version of the Software that was current at the time your subscription lapsed (the "Perpetual Fallback Version"). The Perpetual Fallback Version is provided as-is, without further updates or support.
You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent permitted by law; (c) circumvent, disable, or tamper with the licensing, activation, or trial mechanisms; (d) use the Software to build a directly competing product; or (e) remove or alter any proprietary notices.
The Software is licensed, not sold. TobiVision and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software. Bundled third-party components (including language servers and debug adapters) remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licenses; nothing here grants you rights beyond those licenses.
The Software may check for and install signed updates automatically. You may disable automatic updates in settings; some features may require a current version to function.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOBIVISION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This EULA terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software, except for any Perpetual Fallback Version you have earned.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
