Privacy Policy

Effective 18 July 2026 · Architecta is a product of TobiVision Inc.

This Privacy Policy explains what TobiVision Inc. collects when you use architecta.top and the Architecta application, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• Account details: the email address and phone number you provide to create an account or start a trial, and one-time verification codes.
• Device fingerprint: a one-way hash derived from your device. We never receive or store the underlying hardware identifiers — only the hash, which we use to prevent trial abuse and to manage seat activations.
• Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; we retain your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your license records.
• Operational data: the app contacts our servers to validate licenses and to check for updates. We do not collect the contents of the files you edit.

2. How we use it

To operate licensing and billing, deliver updates, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service (for example Stripe for payments and our email provider for transactional messages), and where required by law.

4. Retention

We keep account, license, and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@architecta.top. Deleting your account may end your ability to use paid features.

6. Security

License tokens are cryptographically signed; verification codes are stored hashed; traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
